Automation in the household appliance industry
The coating of small parts is an important topic in the household appliance industry. A flexible flame coating is necessary, for example, in the bonding process of glass to plastic profiles. In the case of stoves, ovens and steam stoves, the sealing glass front must adhere securely to the plastic profiles of the door to prevent the pane from falling out. A special adhesive primer is therefore applied to the profiles. This process is often still carried out manually.
Automatic coating
cts has developed a system that handles this process fully automatically. A wide variety of tray inlay shapes and thus profiles in different sizes and shapes can be processed.
