Machine Load Assistant (MLA)

The industrial robot or robots used should have as little idle time as possible and their machine tool performs the machining steps without wasting time. With this in mind, we optimize the entire process. To ensure the highest possible autonomy time, we offer our self-developed stacking basket system with easily replaceable inlets. This makes it possible to react flexibly to a wide variety of components or component changes. In addition, you can optionally use RFID technology to ensure the traceability of your materials.

Alternatively, blisters from your stock can be processed as a stack. These are prepared by our internal stack destacking system and fed to the machine loading assistant.

The fully automated supply and disposal of the stacking baskets/blisters is possible through the use of our AMR-based intralogistics system – for example, the Knapp OS-Fork pallet transporter or the Bosch Active Shuttle floor roller transporter.

Our MLA has a variety of options that give you maximum efficiency and flexibility. Whether an SPC drawer for quality control by means of intermediate ejection or a complete mashup for machine data acquisition is required, our MLA offers all possibilities.

The MLA can be scheduled directly with a new machining center or retrofitted to an existing machine. The MLA is supplied as a ready-to-use unit and can be quickly installed and commissioned.
