Material Management System

The cts MMS (Material Management System) handles the administration, organization, monitoring and optimization of logistical processes and materials. In addition, the interface connections for transport, handling and control of intralogistic transport processes are also implemented. In combination with our well-known transport robotics middleware sloXis, the MMS acts in perfect symbiosis. This enables completely automated material management and transport.

Dynamic material buffering
Configure when which material may be buffered and assigned to storage bins. The MMS takes over the notification of the operator if the material cannot be delivered to the next production point and offers possible alternative points (buffer locations).

The DeviceManager
The Device Manager provides you with an overview of the equipment directly integrated into the transport process, as well as its availability and status.

Automated material allocation in case of manual allocation of a storage bin (material stations)
Automated recognition of the material at the respective storage location is possible without any problems. The material information is automatically posted for further processing.
